Our processing plant is located in a ideal location (Paita), where the cold Humbolt current, coming from the south of the continent meets the equatorial quality. This fantastic location favors the arrival of the fish from the catching in it's best conditions obtaining high quality products.
The factory covers an area of over 4000 m2 and includes:
Whole and independent processing rooms, with possibilities to process two different especies at a time.
Raw material reception room, with capability to receive three whole trucks at a time.
Freezing equipment and panels with a frozen capacity of over 40 Tons per day.
A finished product loading room that allows loading two containers at a time.
A coldstore which stores up to 400 tons of finished product.
